The Michelin Pilot Sport 4 has become a hugely well-respected tyre, thanks to its mixture of strong grip, predictable behaviour and impressive longevity. Now it’s being replaced with the Pilot Sport 5, aimed at high-performance models, it’s an evolution of the award-winning design. Offered in 50 different dimensions from 17- to 21-inches in diameter, it features an Aramid and Nylon ply inner belt to improve its response, while its asymmetric tread pattern is designed for both wet grip on its inner section and dry grip thanks to larger outer tread blocks that are engaged while the car is cornering.
