February issue out now

It’s another bright cover this month, but this car still has its fair share of disguise still on it, thanks to Volkswagen’s teaser campaign for its upcoming ID.7. You can find out everything we know about the pure electric large car in the February 2023 issue of Diesel&EcoCar.

We’ve also got the first photos of Hyundai’s new Kona, images of the facelifted Honda Jazz, and Mazda is going back to its roots with its Wankel-engined MX-30 plug-in hybrid range extender. Peugeot’s Inception concept is unveiled, along with Jaguar’s updated I-Pace and the striking BMW i Vision Dee is revealed in the news pages. Finally, we report the sad news of the death of Stuart Bladon, long term contributor and friend to Diesel Car in the 90s and 2000s.

Phil Huff tests Citroën’s interesting new e-C4X, and we, rather belatedly, get behind the wheel of the Toyota bZ4X, now that its recall that stopped deliveries has been carried out. For diesel fans we have first tests of the Range Rover Sport and the Volkswagen Multivan.

But that’s not all, we also have your favourites, including The Doctor, Fuel for Thought, Motor Grump, Autojumble, Bright Spark, Road Watch, Techzone, Current Affairs and Gadget Inspector, as well as focusing on the Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class in our used car section. That’s in addition to the most up-to-date data section in the business.
