This carnauba wax-based product from British firm Bilt Hamber has a great reputation, thanks to its ability to produce a highly water repellent finish on bodywork that can help stave off dirt for months at a time. It can be applied after a vehicle has been washed (and polished if necessary), using the provided sponge applicator in light circular motions. Once left for around five to ten minutes, it can be buffed off with the microfibre cloth that’s also included, to obtain a glossy shine. The 250ml tin may appear on the small size, but a little of this Double Speed Wax can go a long way.
