Ford has introduced an exclusive new model of the award-winning Ranger pick-up, developed in partnership with vehicle design specialists MS-RT. The new Ranger MS-RT “combines a motorsport-inspired appearance with a premium specification and unique, hand-finished detailing, offering customers a high-end, street-focused version of Europe’s best-selling pick-up that sits alongside the desert-race-influenced Ford Ranger Raptor at the pinnacle of the Ranger line-up”.
Britishvolt, the investor in battery technologies with plans to develop the UK’s first battery gigafactory, has announced that it has entered into an exclusive technology collaboration agreement with Siemens. The collaboration will see Siemens provide Britishvolt with access to its automation, electrification solutions and Digital Twin manufacturing execution technology.
Supporting Nissan’s goal of achieving 50 per cent electrified sales in Europe by FY23, the new Nissan Qashqai will not only be available with a 1.3 DiG-T petrol equipped with mild hybrid technology, but it also represents the European debut of e-POWER, Nissan’s powertrain that draws technologies from the company’s pioneering Nissan LEAF electric vehicle.

Dacia has unveiled its five-year plan as part of Groupe Renault’s Renaulution strategy. The company says it will boost its efficiency and become more competitive with the creation of a new Dacia-Lada business, broadening into new areas of the new car market. In addition, the unveiling of the Bigster Concept car paves the way for Dacia in the C-segment.
