Toyota C-HR Dynamic 2.0 VVT-i Hybrid

It all seems such a long time ago, but new car registrations in the UK for 2019 dropped by 2.4 per cent compared to the previous year. Out of all of the car makers that sell products in the UK, more than half of them saw a drop in sales compared to the previous year. Toyota, though, managed to increase their sales statistics with a cheery 2.9 per cent increase on 2018. Much of that was down to its SUV range – the CH-R, RAV4 and Land Cruiser – with the company shifting near on 18,000 examples of the CH-R tested here. It’s the company’s third biggest seller and here we try it in flagship Dynamic specification with the 2.0-litre petrol hybrid drivetrain.
