MG returns to the Irish market with all-plug-in line-up

MG Motor is returning to the Irish market, with a range consisting of plug-in models only in a first for the brand. Domestic operations will be handled by privately owned Irish distributor Frank Keane Group, which has been involved in the sale of multiple automotive brands in the country for over 50 years. Cars will be offered with the same length seven-year warranty as MGs in the UK.

MG5 electric estate on sale from October

MG has launched the new MG5 EV estate, which goes on sale from October 2020. The company expects the MG5, the MG ZS EV and the new MG HS Plug-in to account for over 50 per cent of its UK sales in 2021. MG is already the fourth most popular EV brand in the UK and the company believes latest model will further strengthen its position.
