Kia opens UK order books for the new all-electric Soul

The Soul EV made its European debut at the Geneva motor show in March, and Kia has now announced pricing and specification of the pure electric vehicle. The order banks for the Soul EV ‘First Edition’ are being opened sufficiently early so that demand can be judged to ensure that the appropriate supply is requested.

Digital dash for the Kia XCeed urban crossover

The new Kia XCeed urban crossover will be available with Kia’s first fully-digital 12.3-inch Supervision driver instrument cluster when it is launched across Europe later this year. Kia says that the high-tech Kia XCeed, due to be fully revealed on 26 June 2019, will be one of the most technologically advanced compact cars when it goes on-sale. UK on-sale date, specification and pricing will be confirmed in due course.

New Crossover model to join the Kia Ceed range

Kia is set to welcome a new arrival to the Ceed model family later this year, the Ceed Crossover. Gregory Guillaume, Vice President of Design for Kia Motors Europe, explains: “There’s another style, another type of vehicle, that we feel very strongly deserves to be a new member of the Ceed family. It will the play the role that’s needed to make the Ceed range stronger and even more exciting, more appealing, to European consumers. The design will be nothing like you’ve seen in the Ceed family so far. This will be the next big surprise from Kia.”

Kia lets its imagination run wild at the Geneva show

Kia Motors has revealed its new all-electric concept four-door car called ‘Imagine by Kia’ at this week’s Geneva International Motor Show. Unveiling the car, Gregory Guillaume, Vice President of Design for Kia Motors Europe, explained “Automotive design is about capturing the heart and making it beat that bit faster for that bit longer. We believe that there’s absolutely no reason why that should change simply because the car is electric. That’s why our all-electric concept is designed to not only get your pulse racing, but to also signpost our holistic and emotional approach to electrification.
