Kia has to be commended for the ways that it has expanded its Ceed range. Besides the hatchback and Sportwagon derivatives, the Korean company has branched out with a pretty looking Shooting Brake, as well as a chunky crossover edition, as tested here. But if that wasn’t enough, there’s now plug-in hybrid versions of the XCeed and Sportswagon, with mild hybrid diesels set to arrive around the turn of the year. No wonder then, that Kia dealers managed to increase sales of its range of medium cars by more than a third last year.
