The Hyundai Ioniq 5 is available to order now, priced from £36,995. It is the first car in the new EV-exclusive Ioniq sub-brand, and the first Hyundai built on a new dedicated E-GMP battery electric vehicle platform.
BMW unveils all-electric i4

BMW says the i4 is a statement vehicle, “putting all-electric mobility at the very heart of the BMW brand. It combines style, agility and comfort with zero tailpipe emissions and up to 367-mile range”. The company describes t the i4, due for launch in the UK in November 2021, is its first all-electric premium car aimed at the traditional core of the midsize segment.

Hyundai Bayon starts at £20,295

Hyundai Motor UK has announced the pricing and specification of Bayon, the latest member of the Hyundai SUV line-up in Europe. Bayon models will all be powered by a 1.0 turbocharged GDi engine which combines with a 48 Volt Mild Hybrid system to provide a choice of 99 bhp or 118 bhp power outputs.
MG offers £750 incentive for plug-in test drives

From June 1 to 30, MG is offering a £750 discount across its entire EV portfolio. Until June 30, 2021, anyone booking a test drive in the company’s MG ZS EV, MG5 EV or MG HS Plug-in Hybrid can download a £750 discount voucher, which can be used as money off if they place an order before the closing date. The £750 bonus is in addition to any other offer at the time of purchase and is compatible with 0 per cent finance deals.
