Ford has revealed the all-new 2.0-litre EcoBlue engine which it says is the first in a new range of advanced diesel power units promising improved fuel efficiency, performance and refinement.

Electrics and hybrids edge ahead of diesels in used car values

Online car classifieds website Auto Trader is reporting that average used car values in the first quarter of 2016 for alternative fuel vehicles (AFVs) – which include electrics and hybrids – have improved by £1,502, or seven per cent, on a year-on-year basis.

Renault Zoe production tops 50,000
