The size of the charge network available to Ford electric vehicle drivers has increased more than threefold in readiness for first deliveries of the Mustang Mach-E performance SUV. Ford is expanding its long-standing business partnership with bp by adding pulse – the biggest public charging network in the UK – to the Ford Pass charging network.
Isuzu UK is adding to its UK dealer network as it prepares to launch the all-new Isuzu D-Max. Ten new dealers were appointed in 2020 and a further ten are expected in 2021 to increase Isuzu’s network coverage. The company says this will help facilitate future growth and achieve Isuzu’s ambitious long-term sales objectives ahead of its first all-new model launch since 2012.
Nissan introduces the Leaf10, a special edition of the popular all-electric car, to celebrate 10 years of sales as the world’s first mass-market EV. Available in UK dealerships from February, Leaf10 introduces a new body colour to the Nissan palette, complemented by pattern detailing on the exterior.
For the first time Volkswagen is offering a fully electric SUV – the ID.4. As the second model from the brand to be launched on the dedicated MEB platform, it will also offer four-wheel drive at a later date. Like the ID.3, the new model is being launched as a limited-run 1ST Edition with a range of pre-configured trim levels to follow later in the year. The ID.4 1ST Edition will cost £37,800 after the plug-in vehicle grant is applied, and is expected to arrive in dealerships during March.
