All-electric Lotus Evija is world’s most powerful production car

British sports car maker Lotus has unveiled the Evija, the world’s first all-electric British hypercar, at an exclusive event in London. Hosted at the Royal Horticultural Halls, Victoria, over two sessions, more than 350 VIP guests attended. They were made up of international automotive, business, technology and design media, plus a host of UK business leaders, corporate and commercial partners, government officials, Lotus employees, racing drivers and other distinguished friends of the brand.

Fifth seat for updated Toyota Prius Plug-in

The 2019 Toyota Prius Plug-in is launched this summer with a new, five-seat interior. The updated model has a series of new features and options. What remains constant is the Prius Plug-in’s efficiency and versatility. Its rechargeable powertrain delivers an official 217mpg (WLTP data) with 29g/km CO2 emissions (NEDC correlated data), and allows an all-electric EV driving range, with zero emissions, of up to 34 miles.
